Once an item has been shipped, Arẹwà the Brand is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. However, we will do our best to help. Please put in a claim with UPS before sending an email to Arẹwà the Brand.

International orders are typically shipped via UPS or DHL. Shipping is calculated based on location. Please note that shipping does not include duties and taxes as these vary by destination country.

As a small business, we are currently unable to offer returns. Please note that all items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or store credit.

However, our vintage and second-hand items may come with minor flaws due to age and being pre-loved.
